Hi, Iβm Jill. Iβm a certified personal trainer with over 15 years of experience helping women build strength, confidence, and consistency in their fitness. Iβve coached all ages and love making workouts achievableβand even fun!
At 43, I also get what itβs like to notice your body changing, to realize that what used to work isnβt working like it did, and to feel unsure where to start. Thatβs why I create programs that fit your life, help you see results, and leave you feeling strong, capable, and thriving every day- regardless of where you’re currently at.
Feeling pretty chuffed. Joining the group has made me commit to myself. Have eaten so much better - LOTS of veggies, and drunk 2 litres++ of bubbly water, more than prescribed. Plus coffee naturally π Nutrition is my challenge. Am active, and been working backstage in a show for the last 3 weeks, in addition to my job. Being active hasn't been an issue. I have taken 6 wks off my gym to do this show, and will surely feel it when i go back to Crossfit π³. Am rather short (just 156cm). Have been told this week " I may be small, but mighty". π. I had the opportunity to participate in The Time Poor Fit Chick Challenge. It was a wonderful experience of both education and personal development. Jill has created a program that both teaches process and educated method to create personal goals. I was able to perform my challenge requests at both Pure Tough Gym and at home. Jill developed a challenge that was personalize able with variations for differed levels of fitness. I recently took part in a Fit Chick Chronicles 5 day challenge. I need all the help I can get, I don't drink enough water, I don't move enough, I don't always eat the right foods and I don't take the best care of myself. I did it... β I made it 5 days of consistently putting my info in the food tracker app. β I drank my need in water daily and I refocused myself on my healthy living journey! π Jill is amazing! I have taken her 12 week program in the past and it really changed my life. I am educated now in a better way of planning and goal setting. I would highly recommend all of her programs and classes! π β This week I lost some weight, which I bet was water retention/inflammation because I had not been doing what I need to do since Wellington on Plate and 16 burgers later I was a full on mess. ππππ (yes, I ate 16 burgers for real with beer matches) β I'm totally refocused now! π₯³π₯³π₯³ Thank you, Jill, for this wonderful challenge that improved my life. π π₯π₯π You are a rock star! I recently participated in the 12 Week Fit Chick challenge, starting with trepidation and finishing with confidence about food and myself I haven't felt in a long time. The support from Jill with daily emails, weekly Skype group catchups and her positive and fun attitude made me feel connected at all times. Being vegetarian I thought food would be boring but the meal plans were varied and recipes delicious. Not a great exerciser I still did what I could and especially loved the music videos Jill put up. Highly recommended for all ages (I am 60)
